The service

DuoBaby helps parents and caregivers log and follow their baby’s routine (feedings, sleep and reports).

DuoBaby is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Information in the app is not a substitute for guidance from health professionals.

Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating your account.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access other people’s accounts, and not to interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Subscriptions and payments

DuoBaby offers free features and an optional Premium plan.

Subscriptions are charged by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled. You manage and cancel your subscription in the respective store.

Refunds follow the App Store and Google Play policies.

Intellectual property

The app, the DuoBaby brand and its content belong to Duosis Soluções LTDA. The data you log remains yours.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

Because the app is not a medical device, decisions about your baby’s health should always involve a professional.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duosis is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by deleting it in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email; continued use after an update means acceptance.
